WELCOME TO THE MONKEY CLASS!
(OLDER 3’S & YOUNGER 4’S)
Monkeys (Ages 3.5-4.0) Our Monkey Class is organized in such a way that our three and a half-year-olds up to the age of 4 are encouraged to explore their self-sufficiency and gain confidence in their decision-making skills. Focus is on strengthening muscles in arms and hands in order to write by working with scissors, clay, and multiple writing utensils. We introduce phonics, math, and science during extended circle times and daily scheduled centers. As your child becomes fully self-sufficient in the bathroom as exhibits proper hand washing we know they are growing and are getting ready for our Pre K & TK experience. Daily exposure to music, movement, art, and STEM exploration is offered. Our outdoor play yard is an extension of our classroom offering many opportunities for children to explore and create while enjoying the beautiful park like setting.
